01 / Goals

Target picture & expectation of success

Target picture in 12 months: organic visibility for the cluster "SEO freelancer [region]" from 0 to measurable (top-20 rankings for 3–5 long-tail keywords). Contact form conversion rate stably above 2 %. Tracking base privacy-safe and reliable.

Honest expectation: rank 1 for "SEO freelancer" in 3 months is unrealistic. What is realistic: measurable movement in 6–12 months, sustainable rankings in 12+ months. Anyone promising fixed dates promises too much.

02 / Target group

Who searches what – and why you can win

Target group: SMEs & NGOs with a visibility need, limited budget and appreciation for transparent collaboration.

Search intent: "SEO freelancer [region]", "have a website built SME", "GDPR tracking consulting" – each with a clear consulting need, not DIY intent.

Differentiation: own infrastructure (no Resend/Google), open calculation, agency experience without agency overhead. These USPs must become visible in content and meta data.

Month 1–3€3,8408–12€0 (build-up phase)
Month 4–6€3,84015–20€4,500–6,000
Month 7–12€7,68030–40€12,000–16,000

Note: the first 3 months are an investment in visibility, not in direct conversions. Ranges instead of fixed promises – deliberately.

Risk scenarios

  • Worst case (−40 %): algorithm update + competitor offensive → break-even only after 18 months.
  • Base case: see ROI forecast → break-even after 9–12 months.
  • Best case (+60 %): strongly shared content + local uniqueness → break-even after 6–9 months.
